Please note: This item looked exactly as advertised, arrived quickly, service great. Problem was that after just a few days of hanging in my closet, it fell down and all the contents spilled. Okay. So I thought I would just rehang it. No. It would not rehang as the hanger had bent so badly that it would not be fixed. Apparently the weight of my shoes broke it. But I wear a size 8 and only filled it two thirds full. Why have all of these pockets available if, when filled, the organizer cannot sustain the weight? Anyway, it is a shame because I had thought this would be a perfect solution to a storage issue. Did not return as the packaging was long gone in the trash and it is a large bulky item. I figued that by the time I had gone out and bought adequate packaging to return it and paid the return fees and insurance fees and the time it takes to do so, it was better to just take the loss and learn by the experience. I am far too old to worry about the 'principle' of the thing. I am just looking for things that make my life easier. This item, I assure you, did not.

This product is not made sturdy enough for it's supposed use. It has slots for at least 20 pairs of shoes however it is struggling to hold 10 pairs. I'm beginning to get a complex about the weight of my size 7 1/2 ballet flats. The thing hasn't fallen... yet. Everyday it looks a little more precarious and I haven't even put all my shoes in it. I wouldn't buy this product again and I wouldn't recommend it for it's described use.

Worked well putting the shoes on. Then in a week the hanger ripped away from the lower shoe bag. It was clearly engineered wrong to expect this hook that was connected with thread, plus the cardboard that it was connect to - all to weak to hold it together, especially since it was supposed to spin. Threw it away, no easy way to repair - would have to redesign it with other stronger materials.

We wound up getting a foreign exchange student and we had to put three girls into one room. Each girl got two rows for their shoes and 2 inside areas to put their purses. We added flowers on the top hung a chain from the ceiling and hung it up. The chain had vines woven throughout. Every teen girl that walks in their room absolutely LOVES it. I think because we made it part of the room and not the closet it made it easier for quick shoe/purse grab. There are no drawbacks, it created an attractive instant space. I really recommend it and it gets a lot of use/abuse with NO problems.
