Many women buy things like this just to get bigger breasts. But I bought them because I don't have any. I don't even fill an 'A'. What I have is just skin. I've lost weight due to illness, and these have restored my self esteem as a woman, at least when I'm dressed. I fill out my clothes, my 'B' bra, and look like a woman. They warm to your skin and stick right to you. I don't swim, no pool, otherwise you wouldn't get me out of the water, so I can't tell you if they stay in your suit, but they stay in an underwire, a regular, a demi, an ultra low, and even padded bras. They feel, once warmed, on the outside, just like real tissue. They are truly worth the price charged. Other places charge hundreds of dollars, and I can't afford that. But these are great! for less than $[...]. Ladies,go for it!

This item, by far is the best deal out there. (I have done my research.) I have bought 2 pairs of these. My sister in law fell in love with my first pair so I decided to give them to her and buy another pair. They ALWAYS ship fast.

These insert cutlets are NOT for swim suits, especially not bikinis. Unless your bikini has a place for inserts (and has its own nipple blockage cloth), this is NOT for bikinis. There are pushup inserts out there specifically triangular shaped for bikinis and whatnot, and THIS product is not it. If you're going to use this, use it with a full cover bra, kinda like the one in the image (white bra on box) or like.. with super cover bras that cover everything but the cleavage. Wearing this with demi cover bras will only lift your nipples out into the open if not worn properly. Also, make sure to buy fashion tape. These cutlets do move around, especially if you move around, raise your arms, bend over, etc. Also, these work better with wire bras because with regular bras, they bulge and create a sagging look for a profile view. These inserts give you about an additional cup of lift. I'm a B, and with these inserts, they are like a full throttle, voluptuous B.. when worn properly with the appropriate bra, of course.

I bought these just so I could buy a big girl bra. You can only shop in the kids section for too long before you start getting really, really embarrassed. So I bought these to become a size A and boy do they work!
Pros:
+makes your boobies one more size (sorry, couldn't resist to put that joke in)
+silicone, so it looks and feels more real than padding
+great shape (Real quick on this. At first I put the thicker part of the insert directly on the bottom. This gives your boobs a perky, but pointed look. I learned that if you angle the thick part diagonally to the outside, it gives a more realistic shape)
+comes in a good box for storage
+easy to clean and take care of
+great price
Cons:
-you need the right bra for these. I tried it with a couple of my bras and only some of them made them not look saggy. You'll need an entire bra cup size larger, too, with preferably an underwire. Take these to the store and look for a cheap bra you can use)
-kind of heavy (They aren't too bad, but the do sag in certain bras)
-there's no way you can wear these one day without someone noticing a big difference. (Start them off when you are entering a new job or moving to a new location because someone will notice something's up.)
Overall, I'm very happy with the product. I just wish I could use my previous bras with this.

I am a full cup size smaller on one side. I bought these inserts with the idea of wearing one on the smaller side. It works great! I don't have any trouble with it shifting around; I don't even know it is there. I've been wearing it almost every day for three weeks now. Very happy with this product.
