Gave it 5 out of 5 though 4.5 would be more like it. And just because it is not as universal for any skin type as they say. Come on we are all individual and all know that. Some cannot take waxing, some get irritated skin after one shaving and Tweeze is no different from other methods.

For me Tweeze worked. Was it completely painless - no, did it remove absolutely every hair - no again, but (!) the pain was more than tolerable (with waxing or using epilator not designed for face it was much worse) and those hair Tweeze could not remove - I knew in my case only individual plucking can do it.

Did not expect anything after all those reviews with rivers of blood and forever damaged skin. Yet was very surprised by its efficiency. Just try by yourself. If you suffer from unwanted hair the price for Tweeze is not that high for a chance of getting smooth clean skin.

I have used other tweesers before and n ot been satisfied.Tweeze is so easy to use ad much faster with better results.

I first tried Tweeze from a TV infomercial and then later from Walmart maybe a couple of years ago and really liked the first ones, but this one I ordered was of MUCH WORSE quality. This one sounded and smelled like the motor was burning up when I first used it, and it is not nearly as effective at removing hairs as the previous ones have been. The package was opened and some weird, cheap batteries were included. Also the two sides of the casing keep coming apart. I don't know if the company's quality has gone down that much or my seller "cheapjosh" substituted an inferior item.

I love this product. Not only do I spend less time at the mirror, fewer grow back!
I was so happy with this I bought the Emjoi AP-98R OptiMax Epilator for my legs. Pricey but worth it.

Tweeze + (as seen on tv) service BOTH not good at all Jul 30, 2009
This is what I wrote to them:
Hello Customer Care,

I read the description of the product and bought it after careful consideration. I originally placed the order on the 16th of June with standard 5-7 shipping(paid not free). I didn't get the product by the 22nd or 23 or 25. Instead I got an email stating a delay in the shipment. I finally received the product on the 29th of June (2 weeks later). I was very disappointed with this - and on top of that the product itself is not as described - to have accuracy and all other fancy words used there in (I tried the product for less than 3 minutes - pathetic).

I would like to be refunded the price I paid for the product including the shipping charges because aforementioned reasons of dissatisfaction. Please do send the address where I will return the product to you.

This is what they wrote:

PRODUCT WAS PRESENTED INCORRECTLY + 2 AND HALF WEEKS LATE SHIPPING + POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE = I WILL MAKE SURE I NEVER BY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN.
