Don't bother Jan 02, 2009
By Lisa J. Phillip This product only amplifies background noise. I tried to use it to listen to the TV on a low volume. I hear the TV better WITHOUT this product because of all the other noise. You don't have the ability to cancel out noise and zoom in on something. What I heard the most was my fingers adjusting the volume on the device.
Don't waste your money!

By Shondranika Ford I was highly disappointed in this product. The feedback killed my eardrums and was continuous...I had to position myself awkwardly in order to TRY to hear clearly, but all there was is static. I couldn't hear any external noises - just my own breathing. I thought that I could get in tune with the sounds of nature, but boy was I wrong.... I do NOT recommend AT ALL!!

By Entronaut What I hear most and loudest of all is my breathing and clothes rustling as if in an empty 55 gallon barrel. Beyond 6 feet, there's but scant amplification of anything. The free radio is the only bargain in this offering.

By David I agree with some comments about this device, but overall I think it works well for the price. If the device rubs against your clothes it will pick it up, obviously, but if you are careful it does work well. I attached it to my shirt pocket and it worked great. If you use better headphones it works even better. The included FM radio though, it's junk, but I didn't buy it for the radio.
