The flex belt is fantastic. I have back problems and it is tightening my abs and relieving pressure on my spine. I feel healthier and look forward to my belt sessions. Try it. You have 6 wks to see if it works. I saw it working before then.

I have used this product 3 times so far at the 40/40 pressure setting and then today at 55/55 each for about 25 minute sessions. I have to say, so far i'm optimistic. 40/40 is the recommended pressure setting for the first use in the plan. It wasn't uncomfortable in the least bit, kinda pleasing sensation actually...I definitely had the desire to bump up the pressure immediately afterwards and go for another workout(even though they don't advise). After I got up to the 55-60 range I could definitely feel my abs start to work-VERY COOL! As time goes on the belt begins to wear down your abs as it slowly increases to the desired pressure, which seems to take a couple of minutes. I can feel my abs begin contracting as the pressure builds. I don't consider myself overweight, but I am very soft... about 5'7 155 so anytime I do a lot of crunches I can start to see definition in the upper region of my abs, I did see the same results with the belt after a 50 minute session. I looked in the mirror and saw the upper portion of my abs poking through.
I highly doubt this product will give you six-pack abs( I never believed it would). I would guess that if I stick to the plan and continually increase the pressure and length of workout this product could help. Warning: probably will have to be washed ALOT, the belt and adhesiv-ey things have some serious stank already! Overall I'm happy with the purchase, give it a shot if you like watching tv while doing crunches.

It works quite well...I mean you still need to watch what you eat, go to the gym, etc...but I have noticed more definition in my abs - dont get me wrong it's a miracle in a belt...you have to work at it by exercising and eating right. but it is a great tool to have too...I have been using it since early March and so many people have told me that I look alot thiner (I am a new mom and hade a C-section) but with this belt it's not so hard to take off the inches on your waist! Anyone that says it doesnt work is probably eating cupcakes and pizza, and not working out...

Alright. Without creating any bias feedback because of the various items amazon has and due to the competitive market, i would say that i enjoy this product alot! The truth to this is that it doesn't give you abs from what i believe, it justs tones your abdominal muscles, thus contracting it to become smaller. I am satisfied with the product and believe that many other are just similar to it, because they are just pads just like any other ab belt system. Although it is a pricy product, i say it is worth the purchase. I give this a 5 star rating in being a toning product.

it worked for me fine, i lost almost 3CM in 4 weeks but then the device started defaulting. I thought maybe I had to replace the pads but it didn't work. it is getting worse.
I think I will have to buy a new device again.
