abs Aug 08, 2010 I started using this belt about 10 days ago and so far i started to see a definition on my abs. I will continue to use this for the next 6 weeks and will come back to enter a new review on how its going.. so far so good im a happy customer!

I've had the Flex Belt for about 3 weeks know.. Mar 26, 2010 It has worked okay, but its been hard for me to gauge. I've worn the belt for 30 minutes or more for 5 days per week, but I have also been in the gym. So, I am going to keep using it hoping it will assist me.
Also, its says your ordering the Flex Belt, but when it arrived it was the Slentertone Ab Belt. I basically called them and researched on the internet that its basically the same belt.
