Works but is a cumbersome add on! If you have coordination issues you may not want this. You almost have to be Hoodini to get into and out of the darn thing. I bought the large version and it comes with a skirt that doesnt hide your stuff (dont wear in public). Also Needs stronger settings and bigger pads. Overpriced for an add-on to an exsiting system.

By azustennispro I bought this for myself in an attempt to target an area I have a difficult time exercising due to a physical problem. This works!! It does take dedication and patience, but after months of using faithfully, I've noticed a difference in my thighs and backside. I also have the ab version and love it. After using both for an evening, I wake up sore the next morning as if I had exercised traditionally. My beau started using it he was so impressed.
